**ROLE SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.-Assist with preparation of activities, resources, and classroom organisation.-Provide individual or small-group support to pupils, including differentiated learning.-Contribute to monitoring pupil progress and maintaining records where required.-Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing in line with school policies.-Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, assemblies, and transitions.-
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (Primary preferred).-Strong communication and teamwork skills.- High level of English.
-A caring, supportive approach with a commitment to pupil wellbeing.-Ability to follow guidance while using initiative when appropriate.-Good organisational and time-management skills.-Understanding of safeguarding and professional conduct expectations.-
