**The Role**:
You are actively involved in the achievement of our department goals by coordinating compliance & advisory related queries, identifying best practices, defining standards, processes, policies and legal documents as well as supporting the roll out and creation of our global initiatives.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Support the employment legal team at a global level.
- Legal research: track and analyze legal updates at a global level and keep stakeholders informed. Conduct legal research on cases and trends.
- Labor compliance regulations. Support efforts to comply with various countries’ laws regarding labor and employment.
- Training: prepare materials
- Organization: build out systems and processes to help our legal team work best with each other and with the People & Culture team
- Policies and processes. Support, assist, draft internal company policies and processes
- Ensure complete documentation to proof accountability

**The qualifications you need**:

- Student of law, human resources, business administration or a related field
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoints, Word)
- Basic knowledge on international law and labor and employment, human resources issues; keen interest in learning about other compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills; confidence in interacting with different type of stakeholders
- Think analytically, love to work in a structured manner and possess a quick perception; ability to work independently and manage multiple activities at once
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (any additional language is a plus, especially Spanish and German)
