**Field Service Technician**:

In this position, you will provide technical support for AMRs in GSC AMRs Mobile Robotics in Vitoria delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on-site. Your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities. This job offers you the possibility to know different customers and a wide range of industry areas.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing remote or on-site technical support for customers.
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners.
- Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs.
- Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

**Your background**:

- At least 3 years of experience in service area, working as electro-mechanical technician with AMRs and/or automated installations.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing of AMRs or automated installations.
- Knowledge of reading electrical schemes, use of basic electro-mechanical tooling, valuable hydraulic knowledge, and basic programming code knowledge.
- Ability to travel to different locations in País Vasco and Navarra, occasionally some national and internationals travels due to special needs of customers could be required.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A Higher Vocational Training in electricity or electronic or automation and robotics or mechanical.
- Spanish mandatory, English B1 and French applicable.
