We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Project Director

**Your role**

**As a **Project Director** **your main responsibilities will involve**
- Take accountability for a successful implementation of large or high complexity local, regional, cross-segment or function projects, large or high complexity projects of a program, or Group programs
- Select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives
- Secure compliance with requirements to meet stakeholder needs and expectations, balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result
- Ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information to enable effective decision making and ensure successful project outcomes

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Project Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or specialized certifications can be a plus.
- +5 years of experience in IT project management
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professioal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
