Misión de la posición
Gestión de los equipos de desarrollo dentro de uno de los verticales de desarrollo Digital (Ventas). Definición de soluciones técnicas de los proyectos y ownership del delivery del equipo de desarrollo.
Funciones:
- Coordinar actividades de gestión de proyectos, recursos, equipos- Definición de soluciones técnicas de los proyectos y ownership del delivery del equipo de desarrollo.- Identificación y gestión de las dependencias técnicas de los proyectos.- Mantenimiento de las relaciones externas del proyecto: proveedores, otras direcciones, etc.- Toma de decisiones necesarias para conocer en todo momento la situación en relación con los objetivos establecidos en el ámbito de desarrollo de proyectos.- Adopción de las medidas correctoras pertinentes para poner remedio a las desviaciones que se hubieran detectado.- Requisitos básicosConocimientos técnicos requeridos:
- Ingeniería en informática.- Sólidos conocimientos en tecnologías mobile (iOS, Android, tecnologías híbridas)- Sólidos conocimientos en tecnologías Middleware (Microservicios, DDD, )- Sólidos conocimientos en gestión de proyectos- Sólidos conocimientos en metodologías agile.- Se valorará positivamente tener background tecnológico en desarrollos web o móvil..Competencias personales:
- Capacidad de liderazgo de equipos.- Comunicación fluida con usuarios de negocio- Compromiso con el proyecto- Tolerancia a las situaciones con cierta presión.
