**Descripción del puesto**:
**Job Title: Sales Assistant**
In Barcelona, Spain

**Mission**:
The sales intern will be responsible for helping the sales representatives to develop a portfolio of hotels in specific destinations and reach the turnover wished via the private sales in these areas.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Preparation of flash offers: price list, visuals, content briefs, contracts.
- Campaign follow up: sales analysis, inventory management, follow up with partners and sales reports
- Coordination with production, marketing and customer service teams.
- competitive intelligence and benchmarking.
- Help in the preparation of campaign schedules.
- Prepare the business trips (tourism fairs, hotels visits) and provide commercial back-up.
- Anticipate new consumption trends and respond to demand.

- Strong analysis skills and knowledge of Excel main functions

**Qualifications**:

- Spoken and written fluency in Spanish and English, additional language such as French is a plus.
- Strong working ethics and adaptability.
- Experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus.

**Education**:

- Graduate in Ecommerce, Tourism or Business administration.
