**Role Description**:
We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Process Manager to help us keep growing. In this role, you will partner with the product development, order management, operational and customer service teams to help them improve supply chain planning and order management processes.

**Qualifications & experience**
Must have 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Manager or similar role
- Strong industry knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisation and negotiation skills
- Previous participation in technology solution implementations
- Broad end to end understanding of supply chain planning and order management principles with focus in supply, demand and inventory planning, integrated business planning or customer service
- Experience in ERP implementation
- Technology Savvy (especially with cloud based software)
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Support supply chain planning and order management process standardization to facilitate tactical plans.
- Demand and stock forecast.
- Integral part of the entire process from R&D to finished product
- Driving process improvement, reducing cost, driving growth and meeting business goals.
- Serve as a central resource for supply chain planning and order management around process, projects, and technologies to mature related processes.
- Responsible for overseeing internal processes and procedures within Supply Chain whilst liaising with Quality Assurance, Finance and Operations Manager
- Managing, co-ordinating and planning production schedules, lead times, production shifts - minimising OOS.
- Managing and co-ordinating logistics - planning and booking freight, liaising with warehouse to ensure deliveries and lead times are met
- Managing of accurate inventory levels based on analytical data - working with internal and external partners to maximise profit
- Building relationships with suppliers
- Sourcing, negotiating, procuring ingredients - blanket orders, forecasts, meeting budgets
- Maintaining relationships of all third-party suppliers (packaging, ingredients), distributors, and key accounts
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Execute on activities for the deployment of continuous improvement, capability excellence initiatives and related projects for project deliverables for order management and supply chain planning.
- Other duties as assigned
