**The Role**:
This is an opportunity to work in two of the main Asset Management (AM) departments: PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) Asset Management and IBO (Integration & Business Optimization), for 6 months each. A PPA is a long-term agreement to purchase clean energy from a specific asset at a predetermined price between a renewable developer and a consumer. The PPA AM internship will allow the intern to understand the main concepts of these agreements and and develop their knowledge of the energy sales modalities in Spain. In the second part of the internship, in the IBO team, the intern will have a wide range of activities where they will acquire knowledge of the Spanish energy market, existing regulations, refinancing, integration, and mergers of companies.

The Asset Management Intern´s main tasks will include putting together and populating check lists; monitoring the PPA asset´s value through the interface system and identifying any operating and equipment issues in cooperation with Operations & Maintenance; validating the monthly revenues calculations & assisting with the PPA reporting; reviewing existing mergers and creating the relevant reporting process; providing documentation related to mergers and provide support until closing; monitoring energy claims with the market representative where there are discrepancies between forecasted and actual production; reviewing and monitoring risks resulting from acquisition though documentation control, negotiation and follow-up until closing Optimization tasks regarding DMS Management, entities and undertaking closure.

**Desirable skills**:

- Additional legal knowledge will be a plus
- Strong analytical, critical and structured thinking skills
- Spanish and English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
