**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **SCIB Marketing and Comms Analyst **you will **contribute in the deployment of Santander Corporate & Investment Banking´s (Santander CIB) marketing and internal communications actions for Global and Europe business teams.**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Marketing and communications
- Copywriting - both long and short form
- Digital marketing
- Social media management (tools and content)
- Support for a responsible culture
- Ability to multitask
- Collaborate openly, as required
- Hands on and team player
- Contribute in the deployment of marketing and communications actions for Santander CIB

EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years´ experience in marketing and/or internal communications

EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing or Comms
- Previous comms experience in financial services would be preferable
- Fluent in Spanish and English

OTHER INFORMATION
- Knowledge and experience of marketing and communications activities within the financial services industry
- Ability to work, communicate and execute in a digital environment across desktop, mobile or other platforms
- Design, create and deploy materials and actions to develop and execute SCIB marketing and communications plan
- Drafting, design and execution of marketing and internal comms materials
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Writing and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Some experience with Web Content Management Tools (Wordpress, Drupal ), Salesforce (or other CRM tools) and Adobe Creative Suite may be beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set clear priorities
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability
- Time management and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage teamwork and collaboration
