**Store Manager**
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager for Tom Ford’s new opening in Puerto Banus.
The person we are looking for has several years of experience in a managerial role in luxury retail and significant experience in high fashion boutiques.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Training and coordinating the sales team
- Budgeting and reporting
- Monitoring store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Creating a personalized shopping experience for customers
- Maintaining the sales floor to a high standard in line with brand guidelines
- Following the company operational guidelines and policies
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of fashion trends
- Passion and knowledge of selling ceremonies
- Experience in clienteling activities and CRM
- Strong motivation
- Target-focused
