- 1. Manage all the operational aspects of the store.
- a. Stock ordering & planning
b. Stock merchandising
c. Logistic follow up
d. Stock rotation
e. Undertaking inventory
f. Mauvimatching function
g. POS management (colour cards/display)
h. Help to load and carry stock when needed
i. Cleanliness
j. HSE- 2. Manage the people aspect of the store.

b. Manage replacement when leave is taken

- Assist with:

- 1. Stock take
2. Cycle count
3. APS follow up
4. Stock transfer- Display flexibility-
- Customer Engagement- Every customer, every time, receives a warm welcome,
- Listen carefully to customer needs before offering a solution
- Assist customer with color solutions and counselling
- Demonstrate a good understanding of need and use your technical knowledge to provide a solution
- Always inform customers of any delays/stock shortage as soon as possible
- Follow up call as much as possible
- Build effective relationships with factory/logistics & sales force to assist your customers better.
- Ask for help from colleagues and superiors when needed-
- Business Performance- Lead your store to achieve a market leading business performance.
- Differentiate your store from competitors through better customer engagement & service
- Use the knowledge of your area to alert your colleagues & superiors of potential project opportunities
- Review performance - customer and store trends and understand the WHY behind these and implement the relevant actions.
- Understand the behavior and activities of your immediate competitors and communicate same to your superiors
- Develop ideas to win in your area and communicate with your team
- Manage your stock effectively-
- **Experience**:

- Experience:

- Sales / Tinting
- Operational - managing stock/colorants
- IT - excel, MS office experience is beneficial
- Mauvimatch experience**Skills**:

- Mauvimatcher tinting skills
- Technical knowhow
- Selling solutions to customers
- Good communicator with excellent Customer Service skills
- IT skills
- Positive attitude
- Valid driving license for motorcycle
- Ready to move around the island to work at different stores-

- Tinting & colour knowledge
