Mission:
The person in charge will be responsible for managing the planning of purchases of raw materials and finished products, production, operational and logístical control of the purchasing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production planning in SAGE
- Raw material purchase and reception planning: for production and subcontractors.
- Purchase planning of finished products.
- Planning the purchase of components for assemblies.
- Purchases from suppliers.
- Supplier order reception control.
- Claims and returns of non-conforming receptions.
- Monitoring and assessment of purchase process KPIs.
- Release of orders to subcontractors.
- Processes and protocols.
- Registration of new items in SAGE.
- Cost and price analysis.
- Analysis and implementation of improvements in purchasing operational processes.
- Responses to requests from the commercial department.
- Team supervision.

**What we need from you**:

- BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT DEGREE.
- + 2 YEARS as planning and purchasing supervisor or +5 years as planning and purchasing senior administrative.
- Skills:

- Spanish and Catalan high level
- English high level
- Team work
- Planning and organization skills (teams and tasks)
- Communication skills
- Versatility
- Ability to adapt to different jobs and new ways of working.
- Analytical capabilities, using Excel.
- Resolving conflicts
- Ability to work under preset protocols and quality standards.
- Ability to receive criticism.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and objectives.
- Ability to develop office automation tools.
- ERP experience preferred.
