**Job title (Job name+ City)**:
Spare Parts Technician

**Mission**:
Manage spare parts orders received through Service On Line (SOL) and Factory On Line (FOL), both standard and refurbishment, ensuring that all required materials and resources are clearly defined and available, meeting technical, economic, and deadline requirements.

Define, identify, approve, and incorporate new products into ServiceCenter, optimizing processes through the search and standardization of components for elevators and escalators, with special focus on e-commerce and international purchasing opportunities.

Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator business and components, applicable regulations, and market standards is required.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Order and Spare Parts Management**

Manage shipments of orders received via SOL (Service On Line).
Manage FOL STD requests (Factory On Line standard, coded via web).
Manage FOL refurbishment requests to be developed.
Manage purchase orders associated with FOL requests.
Manage stock transfers with development (modules).

**Technical and Coding Management**

Encode orders ensuring the correct correspondence between internal, customer, and supplier codes.
Respond to technical inquiries from customers, branches, and internal staff.
Manage purchases of external materials.

**E-commerce and International Purchasing**

Coordinate and manage international purchases of elevator and escalator components, evaluating suppliers, prices, logistics, and customs conditions.
Analyze and optimize the online spare parts catalog on internal and external e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate in carrying out market research and international benchmarking to identify alternative suppliers and new components that offer improvements in cost, quality, or availability.
Collaborate in negotiating framework agreements and commercial terms with national and international suppliers, providing technical and market information to optimize costs and lead times.
Supervise the correct publication and updating of products on online sales portals, ensuring technical descriptions, images, datasheets, and updated prices.

**Definition, Identification, and Coding of Components**

Integrate and maintain alignment of internal codes with those of customers and suppliers to ensure traceability and consistency in order management.
Research and approve new components to expand the ServiceCenter catalog.
Review the frequency and trend of material requests to optimize inventory and availability.
Work closely with engineering, purchasing, and warehouse to validate technical alternatives and ensure supply quality.
