WMS Analyst

**Here at Americold Barcelona we are now recruiting for a WMS Analyst.**

The WMS Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis, modifications, and daily functional support for WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and related systems for our European region.

**What You’ll Do**
- Act as the WMS key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, and suppliers.
- Elaborate, manage and maintain all system documents including process mapping, blueprint documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, change request and training material
- Prioritize workloads, projects and deliverables for all WMS requests.
- Communicate with both IT and site leadership to understand current projects, prioritize initiatives, and provide projected ETA of completion for IT related tasks.
- Situation analysis and audit of current warehouse, process, data, and systems
- Gap analysis of as-is vs to-be
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for business review
- Serves as primary technical support for site database operations, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), etc.
- Manage WMS deployment to other sites working with a team of developers and SME Experts and ultimately formalize training of users and documentation
- Coordinates to overall coordination of the project/portfolio management-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within time, scope and resource requirements.
