Your daily tasks will entail:
- Completing incoming first and second-level support tickets in a timely manner- Communicating with end-user coworkers- Directing second and third-level support cases to the right coworkers in the IT Admin team- Working with IT hardware and other IT-related equipment- Installing and maintaining network cables and installing, configuring, and maintaining various types of printers- Performing basic network-related tasks and maintenance- Managing access control- Supporting on-prem hosted services and managing IT assets
What we expect from you:
- Open and friendly communication- Willingness to learn and grow- Basic technical knowledge to work with simple IT hardware and systems- Knowledge of IP Network basics- Good English skills- Willingness to travel between locations (fulfillment center located in Sant Climent de Llobregat and office located in Utopicus Glòries)
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments- Previous experience with Jira Software or Jira Service Desk- Previous experience with MDM solutions
