**How you will CELLebrate**
- You are responsible for the recruitment and hiring of new colleagues together with the HR business partners for the respective area, from the approach to the handover to the on-boarding team.
- To be the person responsible for selection processes of manager profiles and with technical and leadership tests and with high analysis of profiles with impact on the business.
- Utilizing reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
- Produce HR statistics and reporting. Analyze People's KPIs to identify pain points, propose solutions and maintain industry benchmarks.
- Identifying and developing retention strategies.
**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Degree in HR, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, catering to our diverse team and talent pool.

- Experience collaborating with works councils and a background in international recruitment.
- Exceptional initiative, teamwork capability, and communication skills across all levels.
