We are looking for Product Owner based In Barcelona. Tasks - Team up with colleagues from the different departments to gather requirements and create use cases for the i-surance inhouse platform - Help to design and implement our software platform to market our partners’ insurance offers with the objective of creating Platform as a Service - Identify new technologies and tools to drive efficiency and scalability to ensure differentiation in the market - Manage and monitor our internal helpdesk and align with internal departments on system improvements, the bugs raised and the development of additional use cases to solve these bugs with a particular focus on the policy and claims lifecycle - Create coherence on the i-surance inhouse platform and optimize the user experience and user interface together with the UX/UI designer - Overview and maintenance of Zendesk and 8x8 such as major issues with the system or bugs and implementation of new features in Customer Care Systems, such as the integration of our internal platform with the Zendesk API - Support the maintenance of our great team spirit **Requirements**: - Fluent in French and English, other languages are a plus (German) - Excellent product owner skills, e.g. Scrum or Kanban - Proven experience in working on platform as a service development - Results-oriented and capable of making the short-term backlog tasks align with the long-term business goal, i.e. split big slices of value into smaller deliverables that add value - Strong team spirit, enjoy working in a multi-cultural team - Good communication skills, both written and oral - Customer-oriented attitude - Curious to continuously learn and explore new approaches/technologies **Benefits**: - Permanent contract - Competitive compensation - International working environment - Free coffee - Flexitime
