**_Your mission: _**
As Routing Analyst you will be responsible for determination and optimization of needs for Spanish sales teams. Responsible for all elements of routing - gathering data on current performance, setting up databases to track all steps of the call, optimizing and communicating new routes and tracking performance and budget

**_Your day to day with us: _**
- Design annual FSF routing and coverage : Build routing / visit frequency guidelines
- Implement FSF routing: Build preliminary route / visit architecture
- Design annual FSF routing and coverage: Collect internal / external data (from sales developers)
- Design annual FSF routing and coverage: Clean collected data
- Design annual FSF routing and coverage: Optimize existing routing and absorb new specific requirements in line with BU strategy
- Track & Sustain FSF routing : Update/ refresh routing
- Track & Sustain FSF routing: Build frequent recommendation to adjust field resources
- Implement FSF routing: Create new routing database per employee, incl. store and visit frequency
- Implement FSF routing: Integrate new GTM database in the system in internal tool (SFA)
- Track & Sustain FSF routing: Track budget assigned
- Implement FSF routing: Monitor spend based on national budget
- Track & Sustain FSF routing: Track business performance (scorecard)
- Develop winning relationships with management, colleagues and other key stake holders within the business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided, supporting any business development project.
- Share learning and support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve VBS service offerings

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English language
- Experience in route optimization processes in FMCG and sales is preferred
- Basic understanding of sales channels and P&Ls is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Business administration, statistics, mathematics or similar
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially excel and power point - high level)
