We are a modern real estate agency looking for self-motivated, customer-oriented, ambitious, German/English/Spanish/ French/ Dutch (minimum two of these) speaking Sales Agents to join our team

We are looking for agents across the whole of the Costa Blanca North and South, as we are currently expanding or operations.

THIS VACANCY IS FOR AUTÓNOMO POSITIONS

As a real estate agent, your task will be:

- bring owners and potential buyers together
- advise and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover
- acquire new listings
- benefit from an existing customer base and actively add new clients to it

**Requirements**:

- Experience in real estate sales or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using basic software and technology and show a willingness to adapt and learn new systems.
- Negotiation and presentation skills are key

**Skills**:

- People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people
- Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Achievement-oriented - enjoys taking on challenges
- Autonomous/Independent - enjoys working with little direction
- Innovative - prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
