**In**ARQUIMEA SPACE** develops **spaceflight parts and equipment for satellites and launchers**. We specialize in thermal control systems, structural panels, optical payloads, avionics, release and deployment mechanisms, and rad-hard microelectronics. Together with our tech partners we provide **high-throughput smallsats and their subsystems**. Our brand-new factory in Madrid is suited to** integrate satellites and constellations**.

Now, we are hiring a **Product Assurance**(Space) to define, implement and lead a new Space Product and Quality Assurance plan.

**Tasks to be performed**:

- ** Definition, witnessing and verification of PA and QA project requirements**:

- **Supervision** of **supplier** and **subcontractor** related PA and QA **activities** including policies, processes and audits.
- **Interface** with **Customers' PA** and **QA representatives**.
- **Review** **materials, parts procurement** and **processes** against PA/QA and technical requirements
- **Generation** of Product and Quality Assurance **documentation** for projects in cooperation with the project manager and the project team
- **Witnessing of manufacturing, assembly, integration** and **test activities** and provide input as required, including at 3rd party facilities.
- **Checking** and **maintaining** a **quality control data** and records collected during PA/QA management activities.
- **Management of NCRs, RFD** and **RFW**.
- **Definition** and **supervision** and **approval** of **satellite level qualification** and **acceptance campaigns**.
- **University degree and/or PhD in Engineering, Physics or equivalent**.
- **Five** or more **years** of **experience** performing **PA/QA activities** in space related projects.
- Proficient in **MIL/ESCC/ECSS standards** at satellite/equipment level.
- Experience with **RAMS activities**.
- Experience with both space and ground segment product assurance is desirable.
- Experience in satellite manufacturing, integration and test PA/QA related activities is a plus.
- Experience in EEE parts PA/QA is a plus.
- Experience in AQAP or other defense Quality Standards is a plus
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Open minded and ready to be challenged in a fast paced and multi-disciplinary, multinational environment.
