Desde **IMAN Global Consulting**, Consultoría de Selección de puestos medios y directivos/as, buscamos a un/a **Project Manager **para una importante empresa del sector automoción en Burgos.

**Job details**:

- Responsibility for the technical and commercial implementation of the assigned projects.
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of start-up projects up to handover to the production plants, project completion and invoicing.
- Coordination of the review of customer requirements (specifications, change requests).
- Collecting and passing on/processing customer information (project data, competitive situation, general project-related developments).
- Implementation of lessons-learned workshops.
- Approval of nominations for BOM and MRO scope via Reco Sheet and investment proposal.
- Project-related budget planning of customer projects and monitoring of costs in compliance with the approved budget.
- Control of cost development from order placement to SOP and intervention in case of deviations from the plan.
- Scheduling and deadline tracking of the assigned projects. Creation of milestones and project plans.
- Scheduling of prototype, tooling, development and initial-sample orders including delivery and calculation.
- Responsibility for compliance with agreed project benchmarks.
- Evaluation of technical purchasing offers for the projects. Selection (co-determination), establishment and support of new and approved suppliers in cooperation with the purchasing department.
- Ensuring compliance with economic and technical specifications.
- Determination of the project teams in consultation with the specialist departments
- Technical management of the project teams.
- Customer visits for project processing at the customer's premises.
- Implementation of quality programs.
- Control of the Q-steps and acceptance with customer representatives in the production plants.
- Planning and carrying out project reviews both internally and at customers' or suppliers' sites.

**Requirements**:

- Higher professional education, university
- English, German desirable
- Strong Leadership skills
- Commitment, ability to work in a team, communicative and confident appearance as well as flexibility
- Willingness to travel
