Today Panerai develops and crafts its movements and watches at its Neuchâtel manufacture. The latter are a seamless melding of Italian design flair and history with Swiss horological expertise. Panerai watches are sold across the world through an exclusive network of distributors and Panerai boutiques.

This position is responsible for providing support in the Sales & Marketing area including:

- Commercial & customer back office
- Analysis & reporting tasks
- Product & Supply Chain tasks
- Operational Marketing & training support

Within this areas, the person will be performing the following tasks, among others:
SALES ADMINISTRATION
- Back-up orders in the system.
- Management of accessory orders (straps and trimmings)
- Warranty management
- Management of entrusted parties
- Claims (management of lost goods)
- Repairs follow-up and overall support

MARKETING
- Translations of press releases and Newsletters
- Mnaging social media content for distributors
- Control of stock of materials.
- Event organisation support.
- Shooting service request with logistics and execution of SAP/ Boutique trust

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys our good working environment and has an attitude of continuous learning and willingness to serve.

In terms of skills, we are looking for someone who is fluent in the Microsoft Office and preferably has worked with SAP.
