Dentro de Capgemini Engineering, **Hybrid Intelligence **es el **equipo internacional de expertos en datos e IA **y nuestro trabajo es fusionar las matemáticas aplicadas, computación científica, inteligencia artificial e ingeniería de software.

Somos responsables de aplicar la ciencia de datos y las tecnologías de aprendizaje automático en nuestros proyectos para diferentes industrias como**:Aeroespacial, Automoción, Life & Sciences, Ingeniería, Industrial, Oil & Gas, entre otras.**


**Te encargarás de**:

- Diseñar, desarrollar y evaluar algoritmos basados en datos para abordar problemas complejos en diversas industrias.
- Desarrollar y mejorar algoritmos PoC (Prueba de Concepto) para satisfacer los requisitos del producto y demostrar su viabilidad.
- Seguir las tendencias en la literatura de IA y ML, implementando enfoques de vanguardia en nuestros proyectos.
- Contribuir con código limpio y legible a una base de código desplegable y colaborativa.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales
- Generar y probar hipótesis de trabajo de manera autodirigida, utilizando un enfoque científico para resolver problemas y optimizar modelos.


**Eres la persona que buscamos si**:

- Eres Graduado en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Física o similar
- Tienes experiência **al menos 3 años de experiência **como Data Scientist
- Tienes experiência trabajando con **R y Python **(Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, pySpark...)
- Estás familizarizado con **NLP **y **LLM**:

- Valoraremos que tengas experiência en Inteligencia Artifficial ( **IA **), Machine Learning ( **ML **), **MLOps.**:

- Tiene experiência con infraestructuras **cloud **.
- Tienes un nível alto de **inglés**
