Eu Coordinator will be the link between our European Cafes, vendors, partners and our support teams in many areas.

GROUP SALES & PAN EU ACCOUNTS

Prospect new Sales Pan EU business and contact potential new clients for the EU Division

Prepare and distribute Pan EU, National and Local agreements according to corporate procedures

Communication and follow up with Pan EU clients regarding business with each EU cafe

Attend Regional Sales Calls to support the EU S&M Regional team

Give support to the Finance teams with outstanding Group Sales invoices

Support Online Tour Operators content, review and update accordingly all platforms

SALES REPORTING

Run reports from Sales Force to track ROI

End of month reports (FITs, Banquet & Events, T&T and PEA)

Create specific templates to track sales results

Holiday Season Tentpoles (Thanksgiving, Halloween, LMB, BWS and NYE)

Collect and collate information from EU Cafes on sales initiatives and marketing plans

Put together weekly Barcode, Discount and Group Micros Key requests

Coordinate ticketing platforms, run reports and negotiate conditions

TRADE SHOWS

Support Corporate, National and Local Trade Shows

Contact person between local vendor and HRC

Recaps with feedback from S&M Managers who attended and put together a final overview

Participate in required Trade Shows to support global sales team to prospect new business.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate EU sales initiatives with Regionals

Organize and request collateral material, Rackcards, Brochure plan, Sales kits

Assist with everything related to sales agreements, collateral printing, presentations & revenue reports.
