**Description**:
EHS Resource developing Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements for R&D and Commercial sites (Seville, Murcia), ensuring alignment and compliance with both Corporate and Regulatory practices and objectives.

**SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensures the implementation of regulatory safety standards and applicable Corporate EHS disciplines, auditing compliance.
- Serves as the main contact with the External Prevention Service, collaborates in planning preventive activities, and verifies their compliance, especially regarding Health Surveillance and Risk Assessments of workplaces.
- Ensures that facilities develop and maintain a Prevention Plan and an Emergency or Self-Protection Plan.
- Establishes, defines, and delivers the EHS&S training program for facilities, ensuring employees have the proper training for their activities.
- Leads the investigation of incidents at affected sites, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions.
- Develops the Audit plan, monitors compliance, and tracks resulting actions.
- Develops and updates EHS procedures.
- Responsible for the management of personal protective equipment teams (identification of needs, testing, approval, purchase, control, etc.).
- Responsible for the MSDS management system, ensuring necessary MSDS are available, meet established requirements, and are periodically audited.
- Coordinates the proper management (Treatment Contracts, Notifications, Registration) of generated waste.
- Develops reports/metrics recording.
- Ensures proper management of applicable legal documentation at sites (licenses, industry, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Higher education (or Technical Degree (Modulo de formación professional superior) with accredited experience in occupational risks).
- Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention, advanced level.
- Training in Spanish Legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Knowledge of:

- Safety management system.
- EHS Standards, especially CLS.
- Safety Manuals and documentation management.
- Plant Personal Protective Equipment.
- Risk assessment.
- Interior/Exterior emergency plan.
- Safety metrics.
- MSDS.
- Incident investigation.
