**Responsibilities**:

- Understand, calculate and track delivery team’s demand for Experts (annotators, writers, editors, QA experts, etc). Together with the supply managers, plan the timely recruitment of new resources, if needed, or the reactivation of existing resources.
- Plan and approve the timelines for preparing the supply team (recruitment and onboarding), as well as the project start and deadlines within the delivery team.
- Ensure the delivery plan is met for all projects, maintaining an adequate level of performance and quality.
- Together with the supply managers, identify and resolve issues, predict and minimize the risks of not meeting key performance indicators.
- Act as the representative of the supply team in delivery team meetings. Provide up-to-date information on key project metrics, highlight risks and issues, and present a plan for their resolution. Share feedback from the supply team and define requirements for implementing project pipelines.
- Together with the supply managers, define the requirements from the supply team for the pipeline (experts’ roles, pipeline steps, quality control, cost of work, motivation of all roles).
- Based on feedback from supply managers and the results of retrospectives after projects, initiate improvements to the processes and tools for supply managers.

**Requirements**:

- Existing experience in team management and being involved with your team member's projects.
- Very strong professional communication skills, able to influence people and explain needs clearly.
- Experience of communication with B2B Big tech clients.
- Good Business English, both written and spoken.
- Strong Project Management skills working in a relevant area (Business Operations/Delivery/Annotation/Data Labeling, Crowdsourcing etc).
- Experience working in a technical environment, able to understand technical products and work with a complex technical product.
- Able to demonstrate successful completion of several fast moving time sensitive projects.
- Good track record of analysing and solving problems effectively.
