Your mission:_**

The Product Management team is tasked with articulation of the vision and leading the execution and implementation of PEP’s next generation global Digital and Data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full S&T agenda, leading all Digital and Data product roadmapped initiatives, and is intended to manifest as components of a Data/Digital platforms which enable all business functions at Global scale.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**

**Product Design and Development**
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Delivery lead on the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Execute product launch cycles from a high level
- Identify risks and concerns for product delivery as related to individual teams as well as dependencies across product workstreams
- Surface blockers and provide recommendations based on trade-offs to optimize customer experience, time-to-market, and to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders and remote teams
- Create Product Documentation as necessary including technical requirements, roadmaps, feature availability, and metadata management

**Project Management**
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather product requirements and business use cases
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria by working with leads and developers on technical requirements
- Define, create, and manage the product backlog
- Manage QA by accepting the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria
- Provide feedback at demos related to product delivery, usability, and functionality, and escalate any discrepancies to Product Manager to ensure business goals are met
- Lead weekly grooming sessions
- Outline PI Objectives and lead validation efforts with all stakeholders; lead PI planning

**Accountable for Success of Data Products & Growth**
- Participate in ongoing relationships with Senior PepsiCo leadership, data partnerships team, as well as technical and business teams
- Collaborate with Scrum Master to ensure developers are unblocked for their delivery
- Iterate on products, leveraging learnings from prior product builds

Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- 7+ years of product management with experience executing strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment, or relevant experience in a technology function
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction
- Bachelor’s Degree, Masters a plus
