**Job Description**:
The AECOM Madrid Design Office is currently looking for a **Structural Engineer** to join our experienced and talented team working on important projects across the world. We are looking to hire a Junior Engineer interested in developing within the structures discipline to continue and enhance our **building and viaduct work.**

This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in different projects such as railway stations, public buildings, refurbishment, and high buildings, becoming part of a growing international team.

The responsibilities of the role are, primarily:

- Structural calculations and design.
- Creating of calculation and project narrative documentation.
- Specification creation and editing.
- Finite Element analysis modelling incorporated into BIM platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- MSc in Civil or Structural Engineer
- Experience in Structural Design/Calculations and Building Engineering would be an advantage
- English fluent spoken and written.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** MIDAS-Civil**, STATIK / CEDRUS (Cubus) **/ ETABS** / SAP2000, SCIA.
- BIM platforms - REVIT, TEKLA.
- Knowledge in Codes/Standards such as: Spanish National Codes, AASHTO/ACI/ASTM, Eurocodes.
