Vi söker en Juniorrekryterare till vårt sprillans nya kontor i fantastiska Málaga. Med våra tio års erfarenhet inom branschen har vi kunskapen och verktygen för att hjälpa dig att nå framgång i din roll.

**Om jobbet**

I rollen som Juniorrekryterare kommer du att matcha kandidater med jobb utomlands hos våra internationella kunder. Dina dagliga uppgifter inkluderar att granska ansökningar och hålla intervjuer.

För att lyckas hos oss behöver du vara stark inom digitala verktyg och ha en god affärsförståelse. Jobbet innebär även samarbete med våra kunder och säljteamet.

**Ditt ansvarsområde omfattar bland annat**
- Att rekrytera kandidater till internationella tjänster hos våra kunder.
- Att nå månatliga mål för placeringar.
- Att säkerställa en utmärkt upplevelse för både kandidater och klienter.

**Krav**
- Flytande i både engelska och svenska.
- Erfarenhet från försäljning eller serviceyrken.
- Bra kommunikationsförmåga och driv.
- Snabb på att lära nya system och processer.
- Inga krav men fördelaktigt om du har_
- Högskoleexamen, gärna inom kommunikation, företagsekonomi eller försäljning.
- Internationell erfarenhet från att ha bott, studerat och/eller arbetat utomlands.
