The Local Finance IT team aims to provide support, develop, and optimize IT tools for the Finance, Procurement, and HR departments of Eurofins in Spain. The scope of work may expand based on business requirements or team initiatives.

This role involves close collaboration with business leaders in Spain as well as with functional leaders at an international level within the Group. The position reports directly to the Finance/Solution IT Manager in Spain.

Due to the nature of the project, this position is initially offered as a **fixed-term contract (1 year).**

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops for users.
- Develop clear and detailed functional specifications and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity in user processes and propose effective solutions.
- Propose and execute projects that deliver tangible business value.

**Qualifications** Professional Profile: Technical Skills and Experience**:

- Education: Higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in systems integration, with specific experience in AX2012, Coupa, Notilus, or Mentor/Labor being particularly valuable.
- Technical skills:Experience in data analysis, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and databases considered a strong asset.
- User interaction:Proven experience in training and providing support to end users, ensuring effective communication.
- Languages:Fluent in English, essential for interaction with international teams.

- Highly autonomous and proactive, with a results-driven and hands-on approach.
- Capable of leading initiatives, taking ownership of practical tasks, and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenges.

**Job Conditions**:

- Location: Office in Barcelona (Esplugues de Llobregat).
- Working mode:Flexibility to work remotely up to 30% of the time 2 days per week at home).
- Contract: Initially a fixed-term contract for one year (6 months + 6 months), with genuine opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
- Travel:Occasional, estimated at up to 15%, mainly within Spain.
- Availability: Immediate start.
- Remuneration:To be determined based on experience and qualifications.
