**Your job opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for prioritizing product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

**You will**:

- Manage the product backlog, and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the product roadmap and priorities.
- Prioritizing the backlog: Identify and prioritize user stories and requirements for product features, and work with the development team to ensure that they are implemented correctly.
- Collaborating with the development team
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Ensuring that the product meets the needs of customers and stakeholders, as well as meeting any relevant regulatory or compliance requirement
- Make trade-offs and difficult decisions when needed to ensure that the product meets business objectives and customer needs.
- Continuously gather feedback from customer success team, stakeholders, and team members, and use it to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for product development.

**You have**:

- Experience e as a Product Owner or similar role, working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of product management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and creating products that solve real-world problems.

**It's a plus**:

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience working with design teams.
- Experience in software development or related fields is preferred.
