**What you’ll be doing**:
As a member of a dynamic major programme team, you will be responsible for managing contract scopes. Your duties will include:

- Conducting inspections and tests on medium to large motors and generators
- Performing maintenance tasks such as rotor removal, pressure testing, and alignment
- Utilising mechanical and schematic drawings to guide your work
- Identifying and documenting any damage to machinery
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to plan and coordinate resources, project timelines, and schedules
- Supervising on-site teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, proactively addressing any delays or challenges
- Preparing detailed reports, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards

**Your skills and experiences**:

- A mechanical/ technical qualification
- A minimum of three years of experience working on-site with large electrical machinery
- Knowledge of medium and large rotating electrical machinery, including AC/DC motors and high voltage systems
- Familiarity with hydro generators is advantageous
- Basic proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel within Spain and internationally
- Understanding of health and safety protocols
- Legal authorisation to work in the EU
- A valid full driving license

**Job Role**:
This is a full-time position based in Spain with additional travel throughout the Europe and Internationally. We are currently seeking an Electromechanical Supervisor/Fitter for who will be responsible for inspecting, disassembling, and reassembling rotating machinery, including motors, generators, turbo generators, and hydro generators. The role will also involve mechanical and electrical testing, vibration analysis, rotor removal, and condition evaluation of various components.
