We are offering one outstanding opportunity to join our Global Operations Department as a **Regional Operations Director**, based in Paterna (Valencia), Spain. This position involves managing and coordinating the internal structure of the organization based on company policies, goals, and objectives to facilitate departmental efficiencies where deadlines are consistently met.

**What are you accountable for achieving?**

**Human Resources Management**:

- Coordinate the communications related to new projects, new or modified task or roles.
- Collect feedback from employees in order to streamline their task and improve their work.
- Collaborate with the team to find the best way to solve issues.
- Train the team to face new challenges or tasks the team is not used to.
- Supervise respective Team promoting a can-do attitude aiming to achieve the corporate KPIs identified for each team.

**Asset Management**:

- Track the performance of the different laboratory assets.
- Define and plan the maintenance policies for every type of asset.
- Gather all the equipment needs in order to analyse the potential purchasing processes.

**Cost Management**:

- Perform Cost Analysis, in collaboration with Finance, to keep control of laboratory service costs within budget and TAT performance.
- Stay within that budget aligning the resources with the business forecast.
- Define new projects to exceed the budget expectations.

Customer Service Time Response:

- Analyse the TAT (turnaround time).
- Analyse the potential deviations and find the root causes.
- Take the proper countermeasures where when needed and align with Quality & Regulatory incidence performance and follow up, implementing corrective actions.

**What will you need as a successful Regional Operations Director?**
- Industrial Engineering, Bachelor Degree in Business, or any equivalent.
- Specific knowledge in Product Mgt ( For example: procedures, operational excellence, plans)
- Production Management knowledge and respective accreditation will be a plus.
- 3 -5 years of previous working experience in Health Care, Pharma or manufacturing environment.
- Good command of Finance and other ERP tools.
- Fluent in English
- Based in Valencia
- Available for business trips.
