Actualmente seleccionamos un/a** Gestor/a de Front Office** para un proyecto de servicios para una importante multinacional para cubrir una baja de maternidad.
La persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo para la gestión de las funciones descritas:
- Atención al cliente (farmacias) y al equipo de comerciales de la compañía.
- Elaboración y seguimiento de los pedidos.
- Gestión de las devoluciones de medicamentos.
- Gestión de datos en CRM y plataforma propia.
- Análisis de datos de facturación y potenciales clientes.
- Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con logística.
**Se ofrece**:
- Horario de 9h a 14h y de 15h a 18:30h de L a J y V de 9h a 15h
- Contrato temporal - baja de maternidad para empezar lo antes posible
- Trabajo hibrido - presencial + teletrabajo
- Salario acorde a la experiência aportada

- Oficinas en la zona norte de Madrid capital
**Requisitos**:
**Se requiere**:
- Formación universitaria en ADE, Empresariales, relaciones laborales
- Experiência previa en empresa multinacional.
- Buenas dotes de comunicación y expresión, orientación a la calidad y al cliente, vocación de servicio y capacidad resolutiva.
- Conocimientos de Excel, Outlook, PPT
- Deseable conocimiento de CRM.
- Experiência con atención al cliente
