**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides direct management to high and semi-skilled professional employees performing diverse and/or specialized roles in the group;
- Establishes annual plans/objectives and interpretation of policies related to the functional area;
- Receives assignments in the form of tasks and goals and follow established processes to meet the goals of the unit.
- Executes budgets, develop schedules, and enforce policies and procedures;
- Provides immediate supervision to employees in the work group, assigning tasks and checking work at regular intervals;
- Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies;
- Makes hiring and firing decisions;
- Reviews employees’ performance, coach for improved performance and discipline as necessary;
- Interacts directly with subordinates and peer groups;
- Identifies limits to production and guides teams to continuously improve processes;
- Identifies and resolve bottlenecks in the production process;
- Reviews and understanding the work practices;
- Forms plans for improving the productivity;
- Meets with the staff and getting the feedback about the working conditions;
- Develops further synergies with the site Operations Team

**Core Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
- Knowledge of fully automated processes, production process and the tools and equipment used in the process.
- Knowledge of Automotive standards.
- Knowledge of materials.
- Knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and the profitability of the unit.
- Ability to coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity metrics within a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels within tight time deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Excellence cross-team collaboration skills.
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Valuable good command of written & spoken English.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate others.
- This position requires a high energy level and a passion for excellence

**Typical Experience/Education**:

- Degree in related field or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years relevant experience as production manager (high volume + fully automated environment).
