- Department: Marketing- Location: Coruna, Spain; Madrid, Spain; Chennai, India- **Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across demand generation and field marketing programs.
- Partner with marketing functional leaders to track campaign performance, lead quality and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key marketing performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and hygiene to enable reliable analysis.
- Monitor lead flow, routing, and scoring processes to ensure timely and accurate handoff to sales.
- Assist with reconciling marketing expenses (against reports from the finance team) helping to ensure marketing expenses are tracking per the budget.
- Be the marketing point of contact liaising with the sales operations department.
- Eager to learn new tools and undertake the necessary training to master them.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by management.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree required (BBA Marketing or similar).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations is preferred, working with global teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a quantitative aptitude.
- Familiarity with lead management workflows, campaign attribution models, and funnel metrics.
- Working knowledge of B2B sales cycles and demand generation processes.
- Experience in SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in high activity, dynamic environment, with a penchant for delivering on time with high attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually on projects while collaborating with and supporting other team members.
- Experience in a B2B enterprise software firm is a plus.
