Portfolio Sr Mgr Plm&monobu

Manage and oversee an assigned Portfolio of projects and the team, overseeing all the operational aspects of the product lifecycle management.
- In collaboration with PMO Leader actively coordinate the demand of all BUs Initiatives in EMEACLA region focus on business projects and Product Launches/Phase-out.
- Owns one or more BU/Function Portfolio management including reporting and continuous improvement activities.
- Act as a partner with the BUs and Regions being an active member during Leadership meetings, close collaboration at Mgr/Director level and providing clear vision/Status of roadmap and portfolio.
- Maintain and Develop a mutual collaboration environment with Regional and Global Stakeholders based in USA
- Provide support to all direct reports in all managerial aspects including assessment, Rating, Development, training and mentoring.
- Represent the PMO leading/Attending the BU/Function steering committee meetings under the responsibility.
- Lead as a Sr Project Manager key initiatives for the BU/Function under responsibility when level of complexity, Importance and experience required is very high.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
- Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to quality systems
- Full knowledge of project/program management
- Full understanding of medical devices regulations (e.g., FDA (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO13485)
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems
- Identifies opportunities for projects, Enhancements and process improvements
- Work is performed independently on complex projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness
- Supervise an team of approx. 4 Project Managers.
- Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives
- Acts as a leader and mentor for colleagues with less experience
- Contributes to the completion of significant organizational projects and goals; Input on overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization is given serious consideration
- Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on projects
- Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel up to Director level and Regional VPs on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

**Required**:

- Bachelor's Degree in in related field
- Master's Degree or equivalent
- Experienced Leader with direct reports that serves as leader and coacher.
- At least 7 years of experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity. - Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
- Experienced in managing small-mid size portfolio of Projects and Executive Stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills and related software tools such as Visio, Clarizen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent business acumen (Stakeholders, Processes and Tools)
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Experience in waterfall and Agile Methodologies and processes.

**Preferred (Plus)**:

- Experienced Leader Managing projects launching product to the market.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt.
- Scrum Master Certification.
- Experience in MedTech or Pharma Industry.
