**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Working Team Leader** in our team, you will:

- Identify and analyze the technical issue of the customer by good listening and asking clear and concise questions.
- Per customer contact gather and document all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
- Give agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work.
- Keep track of each newly hired agent’s training and training needs to improve technical and phone communication skills.
- Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members.
- Make sure processes and procedures are up to date.
- Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update project performance tracker.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in Dutch + Fluent in English.
- Have experience in a tech support environment.
- Possess leadership skills.
- Possess experience working with Product and Engineering Teams in a SaaS environment.
- Have an ability to adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirements.
- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW.

**We’ll have an advantage if you**:

- Have coaching experience.
- Are able to delegate tasks.
- Possess problem solving and reactivity abilities.
