They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area.Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.

We are looking for a LMS Associate - Consultant, to join the global projects, providing consistent global, regional and local business support for the LMS administration.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage global, regional and local assignment process for Business Areas and (Countries) in scope, supporting the LMS demands.
- Manage and supervision of the assignment process defined, supporting Functional Areas and Countries providing technical expertise (system business troubleshooting, advice and assistance to Learners, Curriculum Owners, Line Managers, etc.)
- Maintain current LMS (Learning Management Systems) landscape for Functional areas, global curricula, reports and training catalogue in alignment with the global mandatory training rules and processes defined
- Promoting best practices of LMS usage and close cooperation with stakeholders and the Learning groups
- Support the develop/maintenance of LMS (Learning Management Systems) business processes related to the outsourced model.

Requirements & desired skills
- Experience working in the field of learning administration with solid LMS knowledge, preferable SuccessFactors
- Ability to manage projects, multitask and work cross functional with key teams
- Strong communicational (written and verbal), interpersonal and intercultural skills with solid customer centric attitude
- Strong IT working knowledge, including but not limited to MS Office.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Proficiency in additional language/s is a plus
