Freelancer Rental Agent/manager

We are looking for capable Rental Agents coordinator to present and lease properties to prospective clients. You might have the ambitions to try and run our company later.. in 6-12 month. You could start as an intern
- then take over when you know more.

**Job Requirements**:

- You must have a high level of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
- You must be able to work a minimum of 12 months.
- You must be independent, detail-oriented and organized in order to manage your schedule.
- You must have confident communications skills in order to work with clients on a daily basis.
- You must have problem-solving skills and negotiation skills when faced with clients and possible deals.
- Great if you are international

**Your DAILY responsibilities here at Casamona**:

- Get clients through different portals.
- Get information about the client/owners and their preferences. Make sure all information is recorded on our database (Sooprema).
- Organize visits and coordinate with the marketing department if a photo visit is needed.
- You will be the intermediary between the owners and the clients.
- Make sure the listings are well-listed and that any of your flat finds have all the information a client would need.
- Flat Finding - you must find flats to publish on our website through different portals, through the Upcoming Calendar, through referrals and by asking owners if they have any other apartments. Must have at least 2 per week.
- You need to know how to create a contract, and need to know where all of the contracts are.
- You need to make sure the whiteboard and the deal sheet is updated with all of your deals and Flat Finds.
- Keep in contact with all of your clients on your client list.
- Keep your Google Calendar updated so that we know where you are and so that we can keep track of how many visits you are doing. You must also keep track of how many days off you have had.
- Take note of accomplished tasks and what needs to be done the following day. This will be used to measure your performance and role within the company. Use your Trello board to keep upper management informed.

**Your MONTHLY responsibilities here at Casamona**:

- As a team, we need to close 12 rental deals a month.
- You will work for 4 hours on a Saturday at least once a month and at the most twice. You will then be allowed a day off during the week if you do so.

- You must be team-oriented.
- You need to communicate well with the OM (Managers).
- You need to listen to your team members.
- You need to make sure all your team members have enough to do.
- If you see a member of your team is not helping, you need to solve the problem.

**Your DAILY responsibilities here at Casamona**:

- Order tasks according to their importance and delegate them to the correct people at the correct time with the correct deadline. You need to know what each member of your team is doing ALL the time
- You need to be the “spokesperson” for your team. So at the afternoon meeting you need to tell the rest what your team did today.
- Be positive every day with the aim of creating a positive atmosphere in your team.
- Be responsible for the tasks not being done on time/in the desired quality and try to brainstorm the reason for this with your team. Follow up and make sure we are reaching our goals.
- Check the Whatsapp group for your area and make sure to answer all the questions
- and requirements from our managers too.
- Make sure we have meetings with the team min 3-4 times a week

Pay: 500.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
