**Travel Consultant - Sales / Ops**

**Join Our Team as a Travel Consultant at Alandis Travel**

Alandis Travel is an educational agency specializing in customized educational programs for groups. We are looking for a highly motivated **Group Travel Agent** to support our team in coordinating and executing educational travel programs across our destinations: Spain, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company in an international environment, focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and ensuring the success of our programs.

**Position Details**:

- **Vacancy**: 1
- **Work Schedule**: Full-time
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, business hours
- **Location**: Seville

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **To sell/operate tailor-made group programs**:

- **Client Communication Management**: Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients about trips, packages, and services.
- **Trip Coordination**: Assist in the entire logístical process, from the initial client contact to the completion of their journey, including itinerary preparation, booking coordination, and document management.
- **Administrative Support**: Ensure all necessary documents and details are complete and accurate for travel planning and execution.
- **Organizational Support**: Manage key information to ensure that academic excellence is upheld throughout the travel experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in customer service, sales, or travel management.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) both written and spoken to communicate effectively with North American clients and manage documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with office tools (Microsoft Office, CRM management, etc.).
- Preferably prior experience in the educational travel or tourism sector.
