Overview:
**Associate Product Owner**

As Associate Product Owner you will collaborate with a Product Manager and an Application Expert to drive the successful development and delivery of SITA Mission Watch.

Reporting to the Software Development Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for translating customer needs into actionable user stories, prioritizing features, and ensuring the technical implementation aligns with the product vision and market demands.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and market requirements.
- Work alongside an Application Expert to address technical aspects, system architecture, and integrations.
- Gather customer inputs and feedback to incorporate into the product development process.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and aligned with the product vision.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, effectively communicating requirements and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the development process.
- Coordinate release activities, including planning, documentation, and demos.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

Qualifications:
**Who you are**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the aviation or software industry.
- Experience collaborating with a Product Manager and technical experts in product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly in a Scrum or similar framework.
- Familiarity with flight operations or related domains is desirable.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with backlog management, release planning, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Experience in the aeronautical industry, particularly in the dispatching area, is a plus.
