- Design and implement advanced BMS solutions to optimize building operations and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Modbus and BACnet protocols into existing systems.
- Analyze system requirements and develop detailed architectural plans to meet project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of BMS systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and modifications.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all architectural designs.
- Lead training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of BMS technologies.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Contribute to the companys sustainability goals by designing energy-efficient building solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in BMS Modbus and BACnet technologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have a solid understanding of architectural design principles and practices.
- Show capability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification in BMS technologies.
