**Quality Engineer**

**Join our team and build the furure of space technology**

We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Quality Engineer; **with passion in what you do**, talented and experienced; to join our Quality team with the addition of a Quality Engineer to ensure that our products and services maintain the highest standards.

**What you will be doing?**
- Participating in the development of the organization's Quality policy.
- Managing ISO 9001 certification: maintenance, audits, and follow-up actions.
- Conducting internal and external audits.
- Reviewing processes and standards, and identifying customer requirements.
- Preparing, reviewing, and controlling quality plans, technical instructions, and procedures.
- Managing quality indicators and improvement proposals.
- Identifying and monitoring risks, anomalies, and non-conformities.
- Defining and implementing Quality Assurance Plans for Products/Projects.
- Providing quality support to other areas of the organization, such as Production or AIV (Assembly, Integration & Verification).
- Performing quality inspections of processes, products, or suppliers. Participating in the future transition towards ISO 9100 certification.

**What do we need in our team**
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001).
- Degree in Electronic, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, plus a Master’s degree in Quality.

Valuable knowledge:

- Knowledge of ECSS standards (European Cooperation for Space Standardization), the 9100 standard (aerospace-specific quality), or IPC standards (Electronics Industry).
- Knowledge of dimensional metrology.
- Formal training in Quality Management Systems.
- Work remotely a % of the time to be defined with the Area Manager.
