**PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES**
- ** Gestionar los proyectos asignados asegurando el cumplimiento de costes, plazos y calidad de estos**:

- ** Ser representante del cliente en los proyectos asignados, y realizar reporting a los mismos**:

- ** Gestión de riesgos de los proyectos adelantándose a los mismos y diseñando planes de mitigación para ellos**:

- ** Gestión de los cambios de los proyectos controlando los costes y los efectos de estos en la planificación del proyecto. Estimación de los posibles costes de los mismos**:

- ** Revisión de los proyectos asignados para verificar que cumplen los estándares requeridos por los clientes**:

- ** Gestion stakeholders**:
**Requisitos**:

- ** Titulación**: Preferiblemente Arquitecto o Ingeniero y/o con experiência equivalente, master en Project Management**:

- ** IT /Softwares**:

- **Presto**:

- **MS Project**:

- **Revit /BIM Management**:

- **Paquete Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)**:

- ** Idiomas**:

- **Español. Hablado y escrito a nível nativo**:

- **Inglés. Hablado y escrito a nível alto**:

- **Otros idiomas: recomendable**
