Leadership experience in procurement or consultancy
- Proven track record of successfully driving process improvement and digital transformation programs in large procurement and/or supply chain organisations
- Extensive hands-on experience in the end-to-end procurement processes of large-scale organizations
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve, scope requirements and prioritize tasks
- Ability to comfortably and confidently present and influence all levels within the organisation and to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams while leading people empathically

At the core of the position is to bridge the gap to the best-in-class digital solutions in order to solve the needs of internal Global Procurement Operations customers. This includes requirement analysis, planning and delivery of new digital solutions as well as continuous improvement of existing solutions in close collaboration with our tech team. This opportunity requires the excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This position involves regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control. Ability to steer extended cross-discipline virtual teams as well as project management and executive presentation skills are essential to this role.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the teams of a) strategy and intake b) program management and adoption and c) serial-life support and continuous improvement
- Identify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and map with best-in-class
- Influence the overall GPO digitalization strategy and long-term roadmap
- Lead high-complexity end-to-end procurement innovation and programs: from identifying the key business challenges, designing the right mechanism of change and delivering the desired strategic outputs and business objectives
- Design an iterative process of development, adoption and inspection and identify areas of improvement for next iteration
- Defining and assemble v-teams working under an innovation incubation mechanism, having customer experience and feedback at the centre of development
- Lead change management and adoption of the new product or service across the procurement function and business stakeholders
- Regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control
- Key metrics: customer experience, efficiency, adoption, system down-time
- Extremely customer-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the business.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distil and draw conclusions on large amounts of data.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
