**DESCRIPCIÓN**:
Grupo TRESCAL, como líder mundial en servicios de metrología, nuestra misión es servir al rendimiento industrial de nuestros clientes. Trescal es la potencia de una red de personal experto y la respuesta de los laboratorios locales.

Abrimos proceso de selección para la cobertura de una posición de Customer Service Representative (CSR) para una de nuestras empresas del grupo ubicada en Sant Cugat.

**FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO**:

- Atención a nuestros clientes y sus consultar ( vía teléfono, mail )
- Toma de pedidos de nuestros clientes y volcado de los mismos en el sistema propio de la empresa.
- Coordinación externa con los clientes sobre los pedidos realizados y comunicación interna con nuestro personal técnico para dar respuesta a nuestros clientes.
- Seguimiento de los pedidos e incidencias que puedan surgir. Dar respuesta y solución de las mismas a los clientes.
- Facturación de los pedidos a final de mes.

**HABILIDADES Y CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS**:

- Formación en CFGS en Administración, CFGS en Comercio y/o Marketing o afines.
- Experiência en atención a clientes y pedidos aproximadamente de 1 o 2 años en funciones similares a las descritas.
- Habilidades para trabajar en equipo, organización de tareas y gestión del tiempo.
- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata, para trabajar en Sant Cugat.
- Informática a nível usuario ( Pack Office ).
