Head Waiter

**The role..**

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill.
- Responsible for the table and to serve guests. Handle the waiters and to organize them for optimum member satisfaction.
- Take care of any work related issues escalated to him during service and resolve it efficiently.
- Possess a strong understanding of the food and drink menu in order to make recommendations on pairings and any other specific member requests.
- Resolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Report any customer complaint or matter that cannot be handled to the Club Manager for solution.
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to all members with making eye contact, smiling and maintaining proper posture.
- Take orders and serve food and beverage items to customers in a timely, enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Ensure you are asking members about any allergy of dietary requirements.
- Able to safely transport hot and liquid items to and from the bar and kitchen areas.
- Anticipate and service the member needs before requests are made.
- Listen and respond to inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
- Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures
- Take action in all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of employees and members.
- Assure the proper handling of VIPs and PWKs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality.
- Support the team with any needs on an ad-hoc basis.

**What we are looking for in a Head Waiter?..**

A successful Head Waiter/Waitress for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

- Good English and spanish language skills

**Physical Requirements..**
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
- Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
