**Tâches & responsabilités**:
- Accueillir les clients (par téléphone et par mail).
- Conseiller et accompagner nos clients dans la réservation en ligne.
- Gérer le traitement back-office des réservations (confirmation, modification et annulation des réservations et/ou titres de transports).
- Assurer le suivi après-vente (gestion des litiges et dédommagements) et administratif (facturation, organisation des activités et/ou envoi des documents de voyage).
**Compétences et expérience**:
- Français natif, anglais courant et une autre langue européenne est un plus.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en français.
- Personne organisée, rigoureuse et résolutive.
- Expérience dans la relation client (en agence de voyage est un plus).
- Capacité d'adaptation.
- Goût pour les voyages et la satisfaction client.
