**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**You**
- **are responsible for all accounting processes of real estate investment funds**:

- **assist in the preparation of annual, interim and special financial statements**:

- **take care of regular valuations of the fund assets**:

- **take over the quality assurance of sub-tasks such as rental debit positions, determination of**

**provisions, depreciation, remuneration, capital gains tax**
- **ensure the proper booking of purchases and sales, as well as investments / assets**:

- **book all other relevant business transactions**:

- **are the contact person for the fund management of our clients, auditors and tax consultants**

**regarding all accounting matters**
- **assist in the execution of distributions**

**Competences & Qualifications**:
**You have the following qualities and competences, namely...**
- **degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or you have completed training**

**as an accountant or comparable training**
- **Professional experience in the field of accounting; At least 1 year experience in Accounting,**

**Accounting for Real Assets would be a big plus**
- **Good knowledge in local GAAP (Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or any**

**other international GAAP (and/or IFRS)**
- **good knowledge of MS Office products, in particular Excel, and you may already have some**

**experience of working with SAP R/3 or other accounting software**
- **Strong communication skills and a service attitude**:

- **a positive attitude to work, a high level of commitment and a careful and independent way**
